Setec Consulting Group’s company games are made for transmitting and adapting company management concepts to organizations, their employees, suppliers, partners, clients and other stakeholders. Participants learn and absorb the concepts proposed in the game through interaction, fun proportioned by competition and entertaining moments.

There are board games, card games, electronic games or other creative game forms. Setec creates conceptual games, personalized games and group dynamics.

- Conceptual games: these involve concepts of Quality Management, Six Sigma, Environmental and Security Management, Lean / Productivity, Strategic Planning, Sales, Marketing, People Management and Innovation Management. These games aim to adapt professionals to the subject broached.  

- Personalized games: these are developed for a company or institution’s specific need. The creation and development are the result of the organization’s reality and necessity and the game is completely custom made. These games aim to communicate the mission, vision, company values, institutional policies, cooperative programs, commemorative events, marketing shares and human resources, among others.

- Group Dynamics: sthese are developed to help in the transmission and absorption process of an idea or concept. These are performed collectively with the supervision of one or more moderators. The dynamics are created and conducted to meet the requirements and specific interests of a company or client institution.
