Volkswagen’s Win-Win Game

Volkswagen’s Win-Win game was specially prepared to meet the demand of its human resource department that is very committed to its personnel’s development and mindset change concerning conflicts and team work.
It is being used as an initial dynamic to soften and invite people to reflect in a series of training sessions of team work that has an internal multiplier ( dynamics mediator ) at the company.
Thus, it is in accordance with an internal need and does not clash with Volkswagen’s identity. It means to bring up a great deal of reflection, learning and change to all the participants in a casual and well conducted way.
The Psychologist Marcelo Jesus who works in Human Resources in the development and training department is in charge of leading the dynamic and is our main contact for this project at Volkswagen. His statement is as follows:

   “ Each experience is unique when playing the game. It’s great to see the real exchange among the participants, some extremely coherent and structured. They are so enthusiastic that they seem to want to solve the other participants’ conflicts. These others are lacking in direction as (fortunately) the dynamic does not provide such direction. The best part is the reflections that arise and the professional experiences related by the participants which contribute a great deal to the choosing of each person’s path bearing in mind development as the final objective.”
